(More customer reviews)Installed in about an hour. The next day recorded multiple 25 mile an hour wind events that my old station would never do. Seems to be working better than expected. One note the sending unit needs to be on a very solid pole or very short to prevent the unit from swaying. It will give false rainfall readings. The display has a wealth of information, ticker is hard to read at distance. Backlight is a nice feature. I hope this unit last as long, and works as well as my previous Acu-Rite weather station. Will update this in a few weeks or if anything changes.
