(More customer reviews)Worked easily and perfectly for 6 months. Then the unit failed. After thoroughly checking the unit, replacing the batteries multiple times and following all of the tips we could find online, we determined that the unit was still well within its one year warranty. We have contacted LaCross 6 separate times by phone and email since the unit failed. We have yet to hear from them or have the unit replaced. I would not recommend this product or dealing with LaCross. We will find a different one to purchase.
